What does it mean for you to show during fashion week?
We’re incredibly honoured to be part of danish fashion week and to stand alongside so many other talented brands. Hosting a show is something truly special – the chance to invite people into our universe and tell a story about the collection and about gestuz is an amazing feeling. I’m always extremely proud and excited every single time we’re preparing for a show.

What inspired your ss26 collection?
Our ss26 collection is titled ‘human race’, and it draws inspiration from a fast-moving world – and from us as people, often operating at full speed. We pause and question the race we all seem to be a part of. What gets lost when we’re constantly rushing?
The collection explores the relationship between movement and stillness – not to come to a halt, but to reflect on the pace at which we move. It plays with contrasts between the feminine and the masculine and takes cues from vintage racing culture.

This is your 11th show at cphfw – what have you learned over the years?
I think we learn something every time we do a show – and that’s part of why it’s such a joy to keep doing them. I’d say the biggest lesson has been how important it is to have a strong team around us. Working with skilled and passionate people – whether from our own team or external partners – brings a calmness, because we know everyone takes full responsibility for their part.

That’s also what creates such a great experience every time. In the days leading up to the show, the atmosphere is calm but full of anticipation.
